Scoring
Does the app count 15, 30, 40?
Yes. The tiles show 0, 15, 30, 40 and AD, with the games of the running set next to the name. At 40 all it is deuce.
What are golden point and star point?
Both decide a game at deuce. With golden point the next point at 40:40 wins the game. With star point, from the 2026 rules, two advantages are played; if it comes back to deuce a third time, one point decides. Pick Advantage, Golden point or Star point under At deuce in the settings.
How does the tiebreak work?
At 6:6, or 4:4 in short sets, the app starts a tiebreak to 7 with a lead of two. The serve changes after the first point, then every two points, and the pairs change ends every six points.
Can the third set be a super tiebreak?
Yes. Under the deciding set choose Super tiebreak and the third set becomes a tiebreak to 10 with a lead of two.
Does it track which partner serves?
The app shows which pair serves and changes it every game. Who of the two serves is up to you, as on the court.
Apple Watch
Do I need my iPhone on court?
No. The Apple Watch app runs on its own. Leave the phone in your bag.
How do I score without touching the screen?
Turn on Gesture Scoring in the watch app's settings. Double Tap (tap index finger and thumb together twice) adds a point for you, and Wrist Flick (turn your wrist away and back quickly) adds one for your opponent. Double Tap needs Apple Watch Series 9, Ultra 2 or newer. Leave gestures off if you wear the watch on your playing arm.
Will the screen stay on during a match?
Yes. While a match runs as a workout, the score stays on the screen. On iPhone, iPad and Mac the app keeps the display awake during a match; you can turn that off in the settings.
Can the app call out the score?
Yes. The app announces the score after every point, with deuce, set point and match point. Turn on streaks for arcade-style calls like "Double Point" and "Mega Point". It uses the voice of your device and works offline.
Health and privacy
Does the match count as a workout?
On Apple Watch, yes. With Track as workout on, each match is saved to Apple Health as a tennis workout with duration, heart rate and active calories, and it fills your Activity rings. You can turn it off in the settings.
The workout is not saved. What can I do?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, go to Health → Data Access & Devices (or Settings → Health → Apps on the watch), select the app and allow it to write workouts, heart rate and active energy.
What data does the app collect?
None. Your scores, player names and settings stay on your device. There is no account, no analytics and no advertising. The App Store privacy label says "Data Not Collected". Details are in the privacy policy.
Purchase and devices
Which devices are supported?
Apple Watch with watchOS 26, iPhone with iOS 26, iPad with iPadOS 26 and Mac with macOS 26.
Do I have to buy the app twice for iPhone and Mac?
No. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch (universal purchase). On a new device, just download it again with the same Apple Account. Family Sharing is supported.
Do the devices sync?
Each device keeps its own match history. You can start a match on whichever device is closest, for example the watch on court or the iPad on the umpire's chair.
Which languages does the app speak?
English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Arabic and Vietnamese.
Is there a subscription or ads?
No. It is a one-time purchase on the App Store with no subscription and no ads.
