Something not working, or a question about the game? Write to us.

getoverit@applikhations.com

We read every message and normally reply within two working days. Telling us your device, your system version and the build number shown under the title on the start screen — for example v1.0.0 (12) — saves a round trip.

Questions we are asked most

I paid for the extra modes but they are still locked

Open the mode list, tap a locked mode and choose Restore purchase. The unlock is tied to the store account that bought it, so make sure the device is signed in with that account. If it still does not come back, write to us with the store receipt and we will sort it out.

I bought it on one device. Do I have to buy it again?

No. One purchase covers every device signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account, and on Apple devices it covers the iPhone, iPad and Mac versions together. Use Restore purchase on the new device.

My progress or best score disappeared

Progress is stored on the device itself, so it does not follow you to a new phone and it goes when the app is deleted. There is no account to sign in to, which is also why the game asks nothing of you to play it.

The game is too hard, or the path vanishes too quickly

Tap the eye to look at the path again — you earn peeks as you go. The guide grid can be switched on from the corner of the screen, and the question mark reopens the rules for whichever mode you are playing.

Can I play with a controller?

Yes. Plug in any standard gamepad and the menus and the board both answer to it. The stick or the d-pad rolls the cube, the bottom button jumps and confirms, and the two shoulder-side buttons peek and open the rules.

Does the game need an internet connection?

Only to reach the store when you buy or restore the extra modes. Everything else runs offline. There are no adverts, no timers, no sign-ups, and no analytics — see the privacy policy.

I found a bug, or I have an idea

Both are welcome at the address above. Bugs get fixed faster with a screenshot and a sentence about what you were doing.

How do I ask for a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store rather than by us: use reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or Google Play’s order history for Android. Tell us as well if something about the game caused it — we would rather fix it.
