Privacy policy for Get Over It

Last updated: 15 August 2026

The short version: Get Over It collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs gathering data. The game never sends your information anywhere, because it never collects it.

What is stored, and where

Everything the game remembers stays on your device:

  • your progress — best levels, scores, checkpoints and which modes you unlocked
  • your settings — sound, vibration, light or dark, and the grid
  • a picture file, created only when you share a score

None of this leaves your device, and none of it identifies you. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

Purchases

The game offers one purchase, which unlocks the additional modes. The purchase is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see your name, your email address or your payment details — only whether the purchase succeeded, which is what unlocks the modes. Those transactions are covered by Apple's and Google's privacy policies.

Sharing a score

When you share a score, the game draws a picture on your device and hands it to your phone's own share sheet. You choose where it goes. Nothing is uploaded anywhere by the game.

The review prompt

The game may ask, at most a few times, whether you would like to rate it. That prompt is shown by the operating system; the game only counts, on your device, how often it has been opened so it does not ask too often.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to hand over or erase. Removing the app deletes everything stored on your device.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the date at the top changes with it.
